We want everyone to have a safe, enjoyable and memorable experience. We ask all passengers to behave respectfully and courteously at all times. Friendly, considerate behaviour helps ensure everyone enjoys the journey.
Abusive, aggressive, threatening or unsafe behaviour toward the chauffeur, other passengers or the public will not be tolerated. Alcohol, smoking/vaping and illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Passengers must remain seated while the bus is moving. Standing or moving around is not allowed. All instructions given by the chauffeur must be followed. These rules are in place to protect you and others. The chauffeur is responsible for passenger safety and the operation of the vehicle and has the authority to refuse entry to the bus, ask a passenger to leave the bus and/or terminate the service if behaviour becomes unsafe, abusive or non-compliant with these terms. No refunds will be provided if a passenger is removed or the service is terminated due to non-compliance. Passengers are asked to treat the bus with care. Any damage or excessive cleaning required due to passenger actions may result in additional charges. We are not responsible for loss, injury or damage resulting from a passenger's failure to follow these terms and conditions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated, aggressive or likely to behave unsafely. We may modify or cancel a service due to safety concerns, mechanical issues or circumstances beyond our control. If this occurs, we will communicate with you as soon as possible.
